What we cover

We report where software becomes work: inside organizations, workshops, streets, studios, and public institutions. Our subjects are not abstractions. They are people making decisions under real constraints.

  • People and technical craft
  • Companies as institutions, not press releases
  • Labor and accountability
  • Technology as a global cultural force

How we work

We favor durable reporting over volume. Every published work names its author, format, date, relevant entities, correction state, and a way to report an issue. Methods and limitations appear where they materially help readers judge the work.

What this archive is

The launch archive is a sourced editorial briefing on real people, companies, technologies, and events. Most works are analysis of linked public records rather than first-hand reporting. Public-record conversations are labeled explicitly and never presented as interviews conducted by DGTLPPL.
