The public site does not require an account and does not run advertising trackers. Standard infrastructure may process IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, and security events to deliver and protect the service.
Analytics and consent
DGTLPPL will not activate non-essential analytics or cookies until the publisher selects a privacy model, retention period, and consent behavior. Refusing optional measurement must be as easy as accepting it.
